When should I take LIGNISUL MSM?
LIGNISUL MSM should be taken daily. The amount a person should take varies on a case by case basis, but generally an individual would take two to eight grams a day. It is recommended to start with a low dosage (1-2 grams per day), and gradually add more LIGNISUL to your diet to feel stronger effects. If you are taking several grams of LIGNISUL MSM a day, you can administer it in smaller doses over the course of the day to allow your body to adjust.1
